History of the United Congregational church in book “Harvest and the Hope" by Joseph Wing; or from 1798 in a Green book on the origins of Congregationalios. Both these books are out of print.
Available book called Weapons of Peace which is the story of William and Johanna Anderson, ever so great grandfather who established the Cong church through the London Missionary Society in Griquatown and Pacaltsdorp, (near George in the Cape.) It is a good history of the beginning of the Cong church in RSA. Sold at R30 plus postage. Cousin Peter Anderson researched this book for 12 years and it is now required reading at most universities on anything to do with missiology.
